What happens after you click Submit?
- Once you’ve submitted a booking request, you will receive an email with a link to complete a medical history questionnaire. This form must be completed prior to us confirming your booking.
- We will call/SMS you with our availability within 24 hours of receiving your form.
- If our medical team deems an IV infusion or IM injection an appropriate treatment for your Wellness goals and medical history, we will send you a deposit payment link to secure your appointment.
- Your appointment will be held for 24 hours only without payment.

- A booking fee is required to be paid to confirm your appointment. Your appointment time will be held for 24 hours only.
- The appointment will be held for no longer than 24 hours without payment (of deposit)
- A cancellation fee equal to the booking fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of your appointment time.
- If you need to reschedule, please do as soon as you can. Call, SMS or email us. Your booking fee is valid for one reschedule only.
- If you don't arrive for your appointment your card will be charged the full amount of your treatment.
- An after hours, weekend and public holiday surcharge of $50-100 may apply.
- Please reschedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment if you know you are unwell, otherwise your appointment may be forfeited on the day & you will be charged the full amount of your treatment. If you arrive for your appointment unwell without prior notification to clinic staff ie. Experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, cough, gastro-like illness, or otherwise knowingly have a viral, bacterial or other transmissible illness (this includes being vaccinated within previous 4 weeks); management strictly reserves the right refuse treatment for the safety of all staff & clientele.
