    What happens after you click Submit?

    1. Once you’ve submitted a booking request, you will receive an email with a link to complete a medical history questionnaire. This form must be completed prior to us confirming your booking.
    2. We will call/SMS you with our availability within 24 hours of receiving your form.
    3. If our medical team deems an IV infusion or IM injection an appropriate treatment for your Wellness goals and medical history, we will send you a deposit payment link to secure your appointment.
    4. Your appointment will be held for 24 hours only without payment.

    PLEASE NOTE

    • A booking fee is required to be paid to confirm your appointment. Your appointment time will be held for 24 hours only.
    • The appointment will be held for no longer than 24 hours without payment (of deposit)
    • A cancellation fee equal to the booking fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of your appointment time.
    • If you need to reschedule, please do as soon as you can. Call, SMS or email us. Your booking fee is valid for one reschedule only.
    • If you don't arrive for your appointment your card will be charged the full amount of your treatment.
    • An after hours, weekend and public holiday surcharge of $50-100 may apply.
    • Please reschedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment if you know you are unwell, otherwise your appointment may be forfeited on the day & you will be charged the full amount of your treatment. If you arrive for your appointment unwell without prior notification to clinic staff ie. Experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, cough, gastro-like illness, or otherwise knowingly have a viral, bacterial or other transmissible illness (this includes being vaccinated within previous 4 weeks); management strictly reserves the right refuse treatment for the safety of all staff & clientele.
